How to redeem codes

1. Open the official Command An Army experience on Roblox and wait for it to finish loading.
2. Find the in-game codes or rewards control. Interface labels can move after updates.
3. Type or paste one code exactly, without extra spaces.
4. Submit it and confirm that the reward appears before trying the next code.

Why a code may not work

The code expired

Promotional codes are controlled by the game developer and may be disabled at any time. A recently working code can stop before a guide is updated.

The code was entered incorrectly

Check spelling, capitalization, and spaces. Copy only the code itself. If pasting fails, type it manually once.

You already redeemed it

Most codes can be claimed once per eligible account. An already-used code will not provide the reward again.

The server is outdated

After a game update, an older running server may not recognize a new code. Rejoining a fresh server can help, but it cannot restore an expired code.

Use reward gems deliberately

Free gems are most useful when they solve a formation problem. Before spending, review the beginner guide and identify whether your army lacks frontline stability, ranged pressure, or mobility. Avoid spending simply because a balance is available.

Verify official updates

For announcements, use the official Roblox game page, the developer group, or the official Discord server. Command Center is an independent tracker and does not issue codes.
