1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to commandanarmyfans.org (the “Site”), an independent fan guide operated by the Command An Army Fans editor. It does not govern Roblox, Discord, YouTube, Google, or any other third-party service reached through a link or embedded feature.
2. Information you provide
No account or payment is required. If you use the feedback form or contact us, you may provide a category, message, page address, and optional email address. Do not submit passwords, Roblox credentials, payment details, authentication tokens, or sensitive personal information.

7. Feedback providers
Submitting the optional feedback form sends the information you enter to Google Forms and stores it in Google Sheets for review by the Site operator. Google processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Opening the form may prefill the current page address; submission occurs only when you choose to send the form.
8. Local Site interactions
Site search, filters, unit comparison, and the army builder operate within the page and are not intentionally saved to a first-party user profile. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, Roblox credentials, payment information, or user IDs to Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or AdSense. Text entered into Site controls is not used to identify visitors, and Clarity masking remains enabled.

Roblox, Discord, YouTube, Google, Microsoft, and other linked services may collect information under their own policies when you follow a link, play embedded media, or sign in. We do not receive your third-party password and are not responsible for those services’ independent practices.
10. Children’s privacy and community links
The Site is a general-audience informational fan guide and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13, build child profiles, or intentionally personalize advertising for child-directed activity. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of online games, advertising, and community services. Discord and other community services have their own minimum-age rules; visitors must meet those rules before joining. If you believe a child submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
11. Retention and security
We do not maintain a first-party account database. Feedback and contact messages are retained only as reasonably needed to answer requests, correct content, prevent abuse, and document changes, then may be deleted. Service providers retain information under their own policies. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
12. International visitors and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights may be limited when we do not hold identifiable data. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when Site features, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material new data collection should be disclosed when it begins.
